Item(s) are generally dispatched within 2 days after an order is confirmed. Duration of delivery time depends on the item(s) ordered. If dispatched on ground in Egypt, they will be delivered immediately. If dispatched from abroad, delivery time will range between 2-3 weeks.

Our shipping fees for orders made in Egypt are as follows:

– Giza/ Mohandeseen/ Zamalek/ Dokki/ Garden City/ Downtown/ Heliopolis/ Nasr City: EGP 40
– Ship to 6 of October/ New Cairo/ Maadi: EGP 50
– Ship to Alexandria/ Sinai/ Red Sea: EGP 100
– Pickup from our headquarters: Free

We currently do not ship internationally.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason, you can contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, and be sure sure that the item is in the same condition you received it (original packaging and tags intact).

You can either exchange the item or receive a full refund. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, please contact us to file a complaint and you will receive a full refund.
